Today, Gerrard was laid to rest in a beautiful woodland setting — a peaceful place, just as he would have wanted.

Gerrard brought warmth, character, and kindness into the lives of those around him, and he will be missed more than words can express.

Over the past three years, Emma, his dedicated carer, supported him with unwavering compassion and commitment. The bond they built was truly special, and we are so grateful for the care and dignity she ensured for him every day.

Our thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Gerrard 🤍🦋.
